As readers all know…I’m “into” VERY Low-Cost SALVAGED-TO-BUILD domes.   I’ve learned alot.  Also that most “couldn’t” live in things so small.  In days ahead MANY will LEARN tho!

Mine are 10 cents to $350.00…(last quite “fancy”…thus the higher cost).

Sky’s FAR bigger and I expect it to go about $200.00…”FANCY”!

For any contemplating similar…AND HAVE MONEY…there are FASTER and STRONGER, EASY Ones that can be built.  Still very cheap.

I hope to put out a book on these (in time).

One thing I’d do differently (given the $$) would be to FIRST “fit out” the FURNITURE placement….THEN the Size needed to contain these.

Still wont be a Square Box “mansion”, but EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE.   Say about $5,000.00.

If you go to “Search” and type in HOBBIT HUT IN WALES  you will find EXACTLY what I’m talking about.  4 months and under $10,000.00 MOVE IN READY.  Self-Built.  CHECK IT OUT!   Mine are on that “line”.  Our one on other property about This size…and quite similar (we hope).  34 ft inside diameter by 18 ft tall.  Adding an extension to it as well.  That area as Kitchen / Toilet / Storage.  Built for our family of 6.  Only expect 3 tho.

Anyway, adding this to this post…in case any would like to get into “housing” without an “arm and a leg”.  THAT’S EXACTLY WHY I’M BUILDING THESE.  An EXAMPLE to give HOPE to the Homeless and families “doubling up” at relatives’ homes.  I’d like to see a “movement” of Like-Minded.  HELPERS HELPING OTHERS!  Aho?   re

Heat from Weeds?

I’m always thinking.  Now trying to figure out: can dry WEEDS replace alot of WOOD to heat?

The domes I’m making each have fire “places”.  To get started I simply “rack up” (by hand) handful(s) of the dead weeds just outside their doorways.  Cleaning the area at the same time.  The Hundreds of dry Willow “stems” I break into pencil-size pieces.  Start the fires by 1st putting in a piled handful of dry weeds…”TiPi” the dry willows over this…light the weeds…and the fire is “on its way”. Adding bigger wood as it goes.

When fire gets low…I simply add more weed “fodder”.  Aho?

As an experiment I use, too, old dry / rotted straw.  Found it Has to be broken up…”pads” throw out TOO MUCH smoke.  Broken, a “pad” burns Fast and CLEAN.  (I have quite a bit of this “useless” straw).

Tried the straw as garden “helper”….WINDS WHIPPED ‘EM ALL AWAY.  So…this.  Aho?

So, between 9.28 acres of WEEDS…and about 11 bales of “useless” straw bales…we aren’t hurting for Fire STARTER.  Aho?

But a Bucket of this can start a WEEK’S worth of fires.  WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE REST?  HOW can we SAVE on TREE burning use?

Are WEEDS…COMPRESSED, perhaps an answer?

Once we lived by a HUGE sawdust / shavings pile.  Took paper bags, made sure the chips / etc. were well dried (spread out in sun / raked)….and mixed the with small wood chips mixed in.  We’d use 1 to 3 bags (ends folded over) to heat our home during the night.  Kept the house comfortable ALL night on these.  Cut our LOG consumption to almost HALF.

As the “dust” smoldered in the bags, they’d catch the CHIPS on fire…and this would continue the unlit “dust”.  Was a beautiful “mating”.

Now, no sawdust pile…BUT LOTS OF WEEDS!

Wondering if one can make Weed PELLETS for Pellet Stoves.  Weed “BRICKS” (compressed with car hydraulic jack) as “WOOD”.  ???

I once worked at a Wood Box Factory.  SAWDUST GALORE.  BIG HUGE Electric Press…unused, in the shop.  Got permission to use it.  MADE SAWDUST “BRIQUETTES”!   The owner took ‘em home AND USED ‘EM TO REPLACE HIS WOOD in their House Heating Wood Stove.  Told me: “You’re ONTO SOMETHING!”   They sold the shop before the “something” could “come to any use”.  So….???

Weeds tho, found about anywhere…can maybe “do” the same thing.  No one wants WEEDS …dry or not…in their garden Organic Mix.  So, WHAT GOOD ARE THEY!

Nature uses ‘em TO SPREAD FIRES.  Right?  WHY NOT CONTAIN THEM for YOUR USE?

Just ‘tossing this out’ to you, the reader, to think about.  Might help “MOM” / NATURE / AND keep your place Fire Resistant and “groomed”…and YOU BENEFIT FROM this “Useless” By-Product of NATURE.  Aho?

Food for the Taking…and Thought

Friends, there’s alot of Free Food about you….IF you know WHAT is Edible, What it Looks Like and HOW to Prepare it.  EVEN IN WINTER.
Tho my mother “fought” Indianhood…there was ONE thing she enjoyed so much, she used it and taught it:  FISH PATTIES.   From what is normally considered “trash” fish.  Carp / Suckers / Gar / Etc.  These ARE Delicious!  But don’t take my word for it….there’s plenty of recipes on the Internet.
Weeds, as well as some of your FLOWERS, are Great eating, TOO.
Honestly, there’s no good reason to go hungry in most of this country.
Or to buy MANY MEDICINES!  These plants also HEAL.
Again, INTERNET, folks.
Might as well start learning….you’ll be FAR AHEAD of “the game” AND be helpful to others!   I hope you pay attention to what I’m saying.  re

Got EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED!  A number thinking me crazy for not going after Any of these. “You can do so MUCH for OTHERS (I WOULD).” etc.

SHOWS ME WHERE YOUR TRUST IS!

SAYING “I TRUST IN GOD”…then, when a “carrot” is dangled before ‘em…they DROP that “TRUST” in a BIG HURRY!   “Trust” in the Bill with “In God we Trust” on it…..MAN!

I expected it. I got it.

One “will fly out there and use the money for others.”  Wanna bet…..not ALL of it!?

No one seems to realize To be GODLY means to be HONEST!  IE:  REPORT YOUR FIND(s).  Guess what?  SCRUTINY!  Government will want to know where you got it.  How much.   Government Land or Private Land (not yours?…others)…TAXES, once LEGAL BATTLES are over….and on and on AND ON!  Maybe YEARS of LAWYER FEES to see IF you can have it, has OFTEN occurred!

So, you “Jackasses”…you want it, YOU go find it!   I was telling so MOST would actually SEE just WHERE THEIR TRUST REALLY IS!

A World of Treasures – But Only One TRUE TREASURE!

In the abilities of the Medicine Ways, many of us know spots of…to many…great interest.  In some cases, actual treasures.  Gold / Artifacts / Etc.

I myself have a number.  One, not treasure YOU’D call “treasure”,  but a Probition “Model A” rum runner.
This auto was making a run from Canada to Detroit.  Driving across ice.  Broke through and sank.
I was a diver and belonged to The Hamtramic Divers club.  2 of these divers came across the “A” just off a small island in the Detroit River.   “The current was very fast.  As we sped past we grabbed the car and hung on.  Holding the metal we were able to see inside.  We were surprised to see a HUGE “ROUND” of …… CHEESES!  I (one of the 2) worked off a hunk.  Then a Freighter was heard approching (the “A” was VERY close to the shipway).  We got out of there in a hurry!”  (The freighter’s turning props create a suction, adding to the current.  No place to be…or chance being sucked into the props).
Anyway, the chunk came with them.  Those ashore scraped off the “scum” and all had a “GREAT MEAL!”
Every year we’d go looking for that “A” again…with no success.
I don’t know if the group is still active.  GOOD MEMORIES!  (:

Other places are known as well.  Stage Robbery (gold and coins)….Hudson Bay Fur Trade Co. hidden gold (2 chests, Canada)…a hidden cache of gold nuggets in saddle bag(s) here not far from my home….Coins in Mason Jars buried in an apple orchard nearby….Crystal Skulls  (QUITE A FEW!)….Phoenician stash (2)….Rotting rolls of Big Bills buried in a back yard and under that home (Mich.)….a cave of Ellensburg Blues (a now a precious stone) here (caved in by landslide)….another Phoenician Place, OBELISK, mere miles from me here (and destroyed by Big FANCY “gated” community…so their making could go on)….and a number of others.

All “tempting” but “not my bag”.  I don’t want to be curtailed by what’s TRULY “treasure”….helping YOU GET CLOSE TO THE CREATOR!
I have watch men DESTROYED by their “thirst” for $$.  Doing VERY VERY WELL…HERE.  BUT WON’T BE WORTH A RAT’S REAR…”THERE”!
I do not want THAT to happen to Me.

And NO!  I will NOT tell YOU these SPOTS!   Instead, learn to walk with HIM and learn to TRUST HIM!  THERE is your TRUE TREASURE!     re

That’s One Way to Make a Chimney!

Well, now have the BIG “Bad” Tarp over all the rest.  Had Sky and buddy help….tho under full protest.  “Tomorrow”.  Told um I’ve “heard that again and again….GET YOUR SHOES ON AND TURN THOSE DANG GAMES OFF.  Let’s GO!”  Saw I’d had enough of their excuses….they ‘go-ed’!  ( :

Told ‘em “it’s not hard work”  (did NOT tell ‘em of the HUGE STONES needed lugging to hold the edges down).  WORKED ‘EM NEAR TO DEATH!  ( :  ( :

Once done, we tried the Cone Fireplace.  THINKING the tall chimney was NOT close enough to the tarps on top….well : MELT!

So I let the tin cool and took off the one LONG one…inserting only the shorty that was on the longer.  Tried again.  JUST RIGHT!

The melt created a large hole through ALL the tarps.  PERFECT “CHIMNEY”!  I’ll leave it JUST LIKE IT IS.  Snow / Rain wont be a problem….with fire going it turns to STEAM and exits as that.  Not big enough to cause a problem with no fire…and when leaving for long periods, will be putting a wide Tarp completely over the hole.  Stopping all snow / rain that would come in (doing DITTO on Adams as well). Aho?

So, LOOKING GOOD and NEARLY OUTSIDE READY!   The GOOD Tarp will go on next.  Then will Secure with Crisscross ropes all along.  Ground to Ground.  Just to make SURE no winds cause trouble.  Aho?

The edges will all be in the trench and then bermed.  THAT (fully covered) will then be done.  Next to the inside doing.  Can “do” secure from the weather.  Can take my time.  Do it up RIGHT.  Aho?

The boys sat inside…actually WIDE-EYED at the ROOM inside.  This thing is HUGE (when compared to the other 2).  A REAL Cabin HOME!

We can fit BOTH the others in this AND HAVE EXTRA ROOM TO SPARE!  (I’m NOT KIDDING!) !!!

Price hasn’t risen a bit.  Still mostly SALVAGED Materials.  Purty sure $200.00 will do…outside AND IN, comfortably.  YARD LOOKING ALOT CLEANER now.  ( :

I’m happy. Wife’s happy. NEIGHBORS Happy TOO!  (Suspect the County “cops” will b as well.  SURE HOPE SO!).

Dome of Many Colors

Got a small donation today.  Not a lot BUT ENOUGH to get ANOTHER ROLL OF THE TAPE I PREFER!  10 ROLLS now!  (Had THOUGHT all I needed was THREE!).  Live and Learn.  ( :
Going to put “useless” (weather ripped / etc.) tarps on the dome today.  Will at least help SOME on covering “Pokey Through” Willow “nubbins”.
THEN MORE BLANKETS over them….THEN the heavy GOOD Hay Tarp.  Gotta wait on  the blankets (donations $$) before doing the big tarp though…so will be awhile.  Aho?
As of now, MANY DIFFERENT COLORS  are on.  Will get DECENT Cheap Shop (cheap) WHITE sheets and put these INSIDE…hiding all those various colors.  Aho?
Went “window shopping” and looked a various sized STACKABLE (and “lockable”) Plastic (see through) containers.  Ones that stack from Bottom BIG to progressively SMALL size.  These to be Sky’s Food Storage compartments “Kitchen” area.  RODENT PROOF.  Have a large Ice Cooler for perishables.  He’ll be all set when finished.
Looked at other things as well.  These are “add-ons” to the dome.  I don’t count them as Dome Building cost.  So, with tax…$60.00 will finish the “kitchen” area.
Got a number of free wood pieces yesterday.  All helpful in his dome And any others yet to be.  Always looking and always thinking ahead.  Just couldn’t over-look the FREE opportunity.  Aho?
Sure have a number of BUILD CHEAP li’l abodes in mind.  Show ALL the options THEY can do…on next to nothing.  Aho?
Saw a tall “bucket” too.  Not sure if it can accept the Porta Potty seat.  Would be wise to double up 2…stronger that way.  IF the seat fits right, I’ll get ’em.
So, THINKING ON THE INTERIOR now.  Might as well, need the blankets and sheets before the abode is ready to occupy on a consistent basis.  (CAN be used NOW, IF the boy(s) want to sleep on EARTH for a night).  Aho?

The Rose and the ‘Plastic Shaman’

3 days ago, I went with my wife to dig up (transplant here) some Very Old rosebushes.  DEEP and BIG ROOTS…and in HEAVILY ROCKED Earth.  “Its HARD digging, honey”.

So, out we went.  She looked a several and stated “I want THAT one”.

Told her: “Fine, but have you given thought if it WANTS to Go?”

Like almost everyone, never given it a thought.

I shut my eyes and ASKED THEM!

One, Not the one SHE had her (greedy) eyes on….literally ALMOST LEAPED towards US!  “ME!”  “ME!”  Take ME!”

Even M saw that!

So, KNOWING it WANTED to go…and thus WOULD DO ALL IT COULD TO “TAKE” A TRANSPLANT….we started.

Indeed, in less then 3 inches…ROCKS!  And ALOT OF ‘EM!

“See what I mean?” M said.

“Yup….now, back off, let me talk to ‘em”.

Told the stones and earth what we were up to.  The “WHY” of the rose no longer needing their protective help.  WITH THIS NOW KNOWN….ALL ROCKS “Released”!

It was EASY!

In no time at all…and CERTAINLY No SWEAT…she had her rose.

I gave thanks to all before we left.

TOLD YOU EVERYTHING HAD LIFE….EVERYTHING ALSO has a REASON for being.  Be it a stone or a SICKNESS.  EACH HEARS!

Why not ASK!???  And then YOU Too can get HARD problems, EASILY  SOLVED!    ???

As I’ve said, I can NOT make you a Medicine man / woman….but VERY CLOSE TO IT.

This ROSE Telling, Medicine People KNOW…and CLAIM it as “THEIRS”.  IT IS NOT!  It is ALLS!  Didn’t Big Brother TALK to a TREE…and It RESPONDED?  Didn’t an Old Testament prophet have an Ass TALK TO HIM?

Now, to those FIRST PEOPLE (Native American) who are “against me” (“Plastic Shaman” / Etc.)….SEE the BIBLE TELLS What YOU claim is “YOURS”.   RIGHT THERE IN A BOOK FAR OLDER then your TRADITIONAL WAYS..  OPENLY TOLD and FREE FOR THE READING. Found in any motel…Cheap Shops…Sitting gathering dust in THOUSANDS OF HOMES World Wide!  READ IT and SEE FOR YOURSELF.

And for you “Christians” who claim I’m “Of The Devil” (etc.)….SHAME ON YOU!

YOU make CLAIMS of “BELIEVING” THE “WORD OF GOD” (Bible), but TOTALLY DENY WHAT IT TELLS, by a GOOD 80% !

Frankly, BOTH of you YOU     ARE     SCREWY!!  BOTH NA Tradition and the BIBLE, ARE OF THE SAME IDENTICAL CONCEPT! :  ONE God….ONE Way of BEING ABLE TO “DO”.

So, THINK…..and BECOME ONE…In HIM!  TOGETHER!

Play Like the Lord – Make Stuff!

To all:  I am really enjoying my “Gnome Home / Hobbit Hut” building.  Very relaxing to me  (despite little help).

To see something emerge from pure imagination to full reality is always….Awesome!

You don’t need to “build a house”…it can be Anything.  Write a book.  Learn to ride a horse.  Do a miniature of an invention idea.  ANYTHING.

“Ye are as gODS” the Good Book says.  What would THAT mean?   INVENTER!  Is but just one Major one.

As a LOVE Follower tho, be very careful of WHAT you ‘invent’.  A good idea Can BACKFIRE!

The MACHINE GUN was invented by a PASTOR…who thought less men would be needed to WAR, with this.  He WANTED to SAVE LIVES!  So what were the end results?  To defeat the enemy(s) the “Leaders” sent MORE MEN against these guns to OVERCOME ‘EM.   Killing THOUSANDS, instead of Less.

See what I mean?

The BEST INTENTIONS can go awry in OTHERS’ hands!   So, BE CAREFUL!

As a Medicine Man, there are many “doings” I’ve learned . “Doings” I DARE  NOT teach / share.  These would be used IN THE WRONG WAY by others. WONDERFUL “secrets”.  Secrets only the Creator “Himself” has / will pick out the RIGHT (hearted) people to have the knowledge of.  Folks “He” can TRUST.

Believe my on THIS statement :  “HE’S” VERY VERY SELECTIVE!

In time, more and more Will be able to know these things as well, too.

Still “down the road” though.

I’m writing this ‘INVENT’ piece to help you Fulfill the DREAMING(s) many have.  To have FUN.  To SEE what you thought could be done, CAN be done.  Aho?

LOOK AT MY DOMES as an example…..10 CENTS for one.  $350.00 for another…and my latest I estimate at Under $200.00!  All, LIVABLE SPACES.

I didn’t need $200,000.00 and UP  (AND the SWEAT of PAYMENTS or TAXES) to do this. Just a Dream it COULD be done, cheaply, given some thought.

So, turn yourself loose….TRY!   and maybe You TOO can “have fun”.   Aho?    re
