HELPFUL Healing Ways

I’ve been  ‘at this’ (Medicine Man Ways) for a very long time.  Seen sicknesses ‘left to right’.  We have our ways.  Aho?

As an Inner Heyoka, as told, our Society seek PERMANENT healing.  Big Brother’s “way”.  Aho?  Ho!

Meanwhile, there ARE ways to Slow or Stop problems.

Cancer being one.

To stop FURTHER GROWTH…ONE CLOVE OF GARLIC eaten daily.

You make smell like a pizza, but you’ll be an EATING ONE!

Garlic (we used WILD Garlic….so yes, we had garlic)….Use store bought now.

KNOW that “Elephant” garlic is an ONION.  WON’T work.

A GARLIC DISH “wash” gets it to the hard to get areas.  Do (each time) ‘til you “run” clearly.

I’ve found a HOT BATH SOAK, then IMMEDIATELY rub Garlic “cream” on BOTTOM OF FEET (pores are then open greatly) gets the vapors slowly moving upwards and inwards, sure a GOOD WAY to get it into you.

I’d even soak cotton or wool socks in the juices and wear (right after soak / rub in) “doing” keeps this vapor going.

It’s an Amazing Herb.

I’m waiting for the “white doctors” to find out its many curing ways.

Breast Cancer?  RUB GARLIC “CREAM” ON, vigorously.

Still, this way is still a STOP GAP!   Either will return in Another Spot OR ANOTHER TYPE OF PROBLEM.

To be PERMANENT  GET RIGHT IN “HIM”…..and STAY THAT WAY!     re

Hard Time Tips

To ease your ‘path’…is to KNOW HOW to make WILDERNESS LIVING Easier.  Thus :

“By Hook or Crook” was a way folks got high up tree limb deadwood.  Simple: get a long branch, Strip off all BUT THE BIG END with a “hook” branch.  All others taken off.  HOOK the “hook” over the tall branch(es) and PULL Down.  (Watch your head)

To carry out cut firewood : CUT NEARLY THROUGH one “long” log..  Shoulder carry out 3, etc. pieces at a time on  shoulders or Sled.  Break apart at home. STEP on it to break.

To fast dry wood, take a strip of bark off…or more.

Children’s cheap plastic sleds can sure help carry firewood, YEAR ROUND.

If a BIG Log: cut pulling end to a “point”.  Thus won’t “dig in” when pulling out.

BARK makes most of your CREOSOTE.  PEEL and use ONLY AS FIRE STARTER!

If firewood is across a ravine or up a hill….STRETCH A STRONG ROPE ACROSS to your “landing area”.  Cut lengths short.  Pound in U-bend “Fence nails” and SLIDE the wood across on the rope.  ALLOW ROOM to SLIDE down rope.

BE AWARE  these pieces have nails…WATCH OUT when going to landing area to collect.

A large MAGNET can help recoup your nails.

I’ve used a pet cow to pull out logs.  Made a yoke with a partially inflated car inner tube.  TAPE the AIR STEM so as to not harm animal.

Travois on dogs / horses / friendly cow / goats can be made easily.  DON’T OVERLOAD.

PUT THEM TO WORK!

In Kindling Splitting….put wood to be spit Upright into center of
an OLD TIRE.  ALL pieces, split, then stand upright and no needless “chasing” and  bending. (Faster, too).

If using a HAND SAW…use KEROSENE to occasionally wet (rag) the blade.  FAR SMOOTHER going.

It’s the Simple Things That Work – Why Complicate It?

Reader(s);  Mankind is so very strange to me.  I AM a Medicine Man….despite what people think.  OF the INNER Heyoka.  That’s far different then those of Traditional.

Still, I am just that.

Our Inner go to Permanent Healing….but even that has its limits.  We 12 tell truth and the truth is :  Your Healings are totally up to you.

Basically, stay right in The Great 3-in-One, and so too will your Health.  Be it Mental to Physical.

THERE lays your health.

We 12 just work in a different way.  Aho?

I want all to understand, to toss away the Bible is to toss away all the good you are quite capable of.

Yes, man Can do “things”.  Great “things”.  But it is up to you.

Totally.

I’d like all, Bible readers or not, to know something :  The Bible, in the days it was written , had No punctuation.  None at all.  This has caused alot of problems over the centuries. Periods , Commas , Etc. placed by men to help us “better understand”.  Often it has caused MISS-Understanding of its Purity.

For instance, the TWO Words :  FAITH  and  BELIEVE(ing).

Broken INTO 2 SEPARATE Words, from ONE :  FAITHBELIEVING.

At times, BELIEVINGFAITH.

Both One Word.

Our 12 understand this and it helps US to be FAR BETTER “Doers”.

It is THAT That we use and walk in (in our “way”).

I am TEACHING YOU to be an INNER HEYOKA Medicine Man / Woman.

Our way of helping you (individually) or OTHERS (collectively).

I have told only truths, friends  (despite some “jokes”).

When it comes to HIM….I tell ALL Truth.  Aho?

Here we (all) are, healers / helpers / LOVERS.  Agape Lovers.

We can change our World to our Selves….and STAY THAT WAY.

But it’s up to you.

YOU are the “CENTER OF THE ‘UNIVERSE’ “….but embedded into the CENTER of The ALL….CreatorGod/Allah/ Etc..

I want you to know too, Your HEART “wants” MUST be NOT for SELF….but for ALL.

Self “indulgements” have NO ROOM in PURITY.  Thus be very careful of WHAT (deep down REASON(s) ) that your asking for.

HE KNOWS YOUR DEEP DEEP Reason(s) of the Asking.

Often we DON’T get our “request”….the reason is this request has a SELF REASON deep  deep down within you.

Thus it’s rejected.

HE  K  N  O  W  S   YOUR “HEART”.

You can fool YOU, but you can NEVER   EVER!….. FOOL “HIM”.

Know that.  Aho?

A Healing Way for INSOMNIA / Restless Sleep and (Occasional) Night Leg Cramps

Before you go spending money on doctors and pills…..try this:

CHANGE YOUR BODY POSITION !

Turn with head in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Say you sleep with head to the East….Put OPPOSITE.

All man is originated from EARTH MATTER…thus we TOO have “Poles”.  N / E / S / W.

OFTEN, if you are having Sleep Problems, YOU ARE in a NEGATIVE Pole sleeping position.

Give a test….Try VARIOUS “POLES”.  Aho?

Remember too our Earth is slowly shifting deep inside.  If one “pole” works, for AWHILE….it has moved, deep within.  RE-LOCATE YOUR POLE.  Aho?

Have a GOOD Sleep…forget the docs / pills…and EXPENSE.

What do you suggest for people with arthritic hips, who as a result have one side they cannot sleep on…which also happens to be the side they sleep best on?

Red Elk answered:

Drinking STINGING NETTLE tea and placing the hot HOT leaves on the spot…3 times a day. This and others on this line are in my upcoming book :  Short Stories.    re

All That Insulation, Just Falling From the Sky!

Beautiful out.  Going to “broom off” the domes and shovel snow off porch.  14 to maybe 16 inches and still coming down.  “Brooming” is using a broom to push upward from inside.  Did this when in my TiPi.  All snows fall to base and goes up-ward.  INSULATING the whole.  FAR WARMER inside, then.  LOVE IT!

The whites kept their roof nails sticking above the shingles, to CATCH snow.  Today we put out Big Bucks to insulate the daylights in the attic.  Just another way to make someone rich.  Aho?

The common man is so STUPID (in my eyes).

My domes have old blankets over the frame (Sweat Lodge way), with tarp over those.  Snowfall is “broomed” off from INSIDE (push against the inside).  It then slides down and slowly collects all around.  Insulating the ALL.      I LOVE THE STUFF!  (Guess you can call this “Snow Berming”)

Folks, why FIGHT winter?  USE IT and be COMPATABLE with it.  Aho?

Gonna get our snowshoes out and take Sky for a Walk-About.  Get him used to these.

If any are interested, I’ve owned / used a number of styles.  I WON’T USE BUT THE “OJIBWAY” STYLE now.

FANTASTIC “All Around” design.  IVENS SNOWSHOE Co. is where I get ours (3 or 4 pairs).

Decided best to make Tire Rubber “Chaps” instead of full Mukluks.  High enough to strap above the knees.  LESS SWEAT PROBLEMS.  Aho?

Plenty of good SNOW ICE CREAM makings, right outside our door.  (  :

Also got out my Converted Water Ski.  LOVE THIS like you wouldn’t believe!  I took off the skeg and foot “step-in”.  Screwed in good metal “eyes” at top sides.  Drilled a hole at tip (pull rope) AND the BACK.

(Going downhill I walk behind it and hold it back / steer)

I load this with my winter camping gear (AND Fire Wood).  Keeping the load VERY low.  Try to go 10 inches high.  Never above 16 inches.  Use the “eyes” to crisscross rope over the load.

This sled FOLLOWS LIKE A PUPPY!

My NA Ancestors did this.  Theirs tho were often 20 ft. long.  Steam Bent the tip.  Glides behind like a breeze.  10 to 15 inch width.  THIN single board.  UNDULATE as you go along….”fitting” the contour of the land.  Aho?

Bought my ski at a ‘cheap shop’.  $5.00.  “Eyes” another $4.00.

Used a Like Ski to make a DOG SLED.  Used an old Lawn Mower Handle.  Ran Cocker Spaniels with our daughter aboard. Gave it to a ‘cheap shop’ after I got malamutes and a freight sled.  THEY SOLD IT IN 4 DAYS!  $25.00 !!!

I’ve taught a number how to make DOG HARNESSES out of old jeans.  Each leg does one dog.  This “doing” from the way the Eskimo in Greenland did, long ago.

Other then having CRAZY coast livers pass by (freeway)…Winter CAN BE FUN!

Your Life as a Quilt

Memories are all stored in our DNA.  ALL the doings through one’s life, to death.

Creator, too, holds memories.

The difference between we and Him differ tho.

Like a “Story Quilt”, His has blank squares.  THOSE are the squares of His forgiving you your ‘wrongs’.

No recording on His ‘your’ ‘quilt’ ‘ when you’ve been forgiven.  Gone forever on your lifetime.

Sleep like a baby, KNOWING.

WHAT GOOD is an EMPTY TIN CAN?

I LOVE ‘EM!  Especially the older Metal large coffee cans.  I’ve made Great HOBO Stoves with ‘em…..”Bug” Lamps (keep 2 here in the house)….all KINDA things.

The regular smaller cans you get soup / etc. in I’ve made as Eskimo Lamps…Bait holders….even punched holes on the sides to place a candle under (can upside-down) and made ‘cool n’ pretty’ “lamps” (Nice designs lighting up for “moods”).

I’ve cut the sides open as a tiny fire wind break and heat reflector.  GREAT for LITTLE pieces of dead sticks / etc to warm the hands at.

Even stacked for a small upright chimney.  Mud held together with grass “glue-er” in the mud.  SOLID!

Seen ‘em used as HUT Roof SHINGLES.

Made a number of fishing “reels”.

Made a Slingshot “Bow and Arrow” reel.

Used ‘em in earth (open end at surface of dug hole) to catch insects / mice / etc. for bait / FOOD(You get hungry and ANYTHING Looks GOOD)!

Made and SOLD Unique MOUSE TRAPS with ‘em.  So “different” I had no trouble selling at $2.00 each.  Took only a rubber band and can to do.  What? A Penny?

Made and OFTEN USED as Blackberry “getters”….Serrated open end top…nailed on a stick.  “Raking In” the berries instead of Hand Picking  (lots of thorns on ‘em).  Can fill a can in a HURRY!

For fun….AND a FUN XMAS “gift” for your kids, look up TIN CAN USES / Etc. on internet.  Let THEM “do” (OR YOU)….and see what can be done.

Xmas is nearly here.  Money is harder and harder to get “good things” with…..WHAT’S BETTER THEN KNOWLEDGE?!

Make Copies of How To Do things and include as “Stocking Stuffers ” etc.  For guys AND gals….Even ADULTS.

Maybe you can invent NEW uses.  ???

What Good is an Empty Tin Can?   HOURS OF FASCINATION…and LEARNING to ‘DO’ WITHOUT $$$!    MERRY CHRISMAS!

“NOTHING”   IS   nothing….WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE and TESTING ‘EM!  Aho?

THOUGHTS ARE REAL!!

One of the most difficult things to get people to see, is the Full Meaning of Scriptural Wording :  “THOUGHTS ARE REAL”.

This is meant for ALL (religions / ways / etc.)  But how many pay it a lick of attention?

“He” has it there FOR A REASON!   Best consider it.

“Dad” made ALL…you and I included, by FIRST  THINKING  on what He wanted to do.

ALL STEMS FROM  T  H  O  U  G  H  T(s)  FIRST.

We are PROOF of this.  ALL you SEE / SMELL / HEAR / FEEL / Etc. STEMS FROM THIS.

To help you understand:  when YOU ‘DAYDREAM’ YOU are CREATING SOMETHING VERY REAL.

So, (for instance) you are “thinking” (day dreaming) a bunch of (say) Friends out partying (etc.)….and IF GOD IS TELLING TRUE…THOSE you are DAY-DREAMING….consider YOU  “GOD”!

When you are distracted and CEASE this Day-Dream…..YOU HAVE DESTROYED THOSE IN YOUR “Dream”!    Gone.

This goes for Anything you day-dream.  (Not just ‘friends’).

“THOUGHTS ARE REAL”.

If you “day-dream”, say, Killing….and Day-Dream you are doing so….in THAT FRAME OF MIND, it is  F  A  C  T !

Thus, KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS GODLY!

When you DO “kill” (or ANY UnGodly thoughts) and KNOW the TRUTH of “Thoughts are Real”….and WANT TO remain in “His” ‘Right-Standing’….then APOLOGIZE TO HIM and SEEK FORGIVENESS!

ALL you produce in you mind…Good OR Bad….according to HIM…are FACTS.  Aho?   re

Inspired and Inspiring!

You have  no idea what this recent ‘work’ has done for me.  I’m so INSPIRED Within my Spirit.

Tho hundreds (or more) have  read my many writings…only a “vapor” has been a part of this work.  At least 25.

Tho this seems miniscule…it was 25 (close  ? ) who JOINED.  All ONE.

Didn’t seem to matter WHAT each held in their “way”.  Didn’t matter their color.  Didn’t matter their Country.  IT MATTERS  ONLY  THAT EACH CARED.  REAL “heart”.

WONDERFUL !

I’ve often told WE ARE ALL BRETHREN…(One Relation).  I mean what I tell.

As any reading the COMMENTS of this ‘work’….you’ll see the “FEELINGS” each (who reported) experienced.

HEART WARMING TO ME….and I TRULY DO APPRECIATE ALL prayERS HELP!

I PRAY this brings more to the “fold” on UNITY IN LOVE.  I REALLY DO!

Today their is a HUGE “Movement” to “save the earth”.  Environmentalists who see the need.

FEW don’t understand though….to “save” does NOT mean buying windmills / solar power / etc.

Tho ‘nice’…they GIVE NO THOUGHT at the HARM of these “save” things.  The FACTORIES…the ROADS…the SHIPPING….the RAPE of this Earth to GET THE NEEDED “save” items TO THE “SAVER”.   Killing our environment to SAVE IT !

Folks, its not these “things” that will save our planet….it is YOUR ATTITUDE.  YOU !

You’re CONNECTION, PERSONALLY, with the ALL.  IE : AGAPE “HEART” !

Why RUIN Earth to “save” it?  Why not JOIN with HIM, and OTHERS of RIGHT HEART / UNDERSTANDING….and tell / share the UNITY that you have found (or now starting to understand).

The INDIVIDUAL PERSON MUST BE THE FIRST to “Save”….THEN THAT STARTS THE RIGHT WAY!

To those understanding this….DONT “PUSH”…..EXAMPLE!  THEN you will see OTHERS asking questions.  Seeking YOU.  Asking YOU!

We need not “force” the LOVE Oneness…we need to LIVE IN IT!

THEN, YOU will be the “Light In The DARKNESS” the Good Book tells of.

Big Brother NEVER PUSHED…He EXAMPLED.  He did NOT go out PUSHING what He learned….He SHOWED.

“Follow ME”….I beg you ALL, SEE THIS!  Understand IT!  Then, AS YOU LEARN, SHARE (when ASKED) what you’ve learned TO DATE!

DON’T wait till you “know it ALL”.  YOU / I will NEVER “know it all”.  WHY WASTE YOUR KNOWLEDGE LEARNING ‘til you DOES “Know it All”.  YOU MAY DIE TOMORROW!   What / WHO then can BENEFIT from the things you’ve learned TO DATE!   ???

Learn from me…at least THINK about it.  CHECK me.  DON’T “accept”…CHECK.  CHECK.    CHECK… THEN “follow your HEART”.  Aho?
